<span style="font-size: large;"><b>Le poulet rôti</b> est un des plus importants et délicieux plats de la gastronomie marocaine. On les prépare pour les mariages, les réceptions, les fêtes mais aussi quand on a simplement envie. C'est tout simplement un vai délice.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Pour ce préparer ce plat exceptionnel, on a besoin de:</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Un poulet avec ces abats</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">2 c à s de smen ( beurre ronce)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Curcuma , gingembre, poivre et sel</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">On nettoie bien le poulet, on utilise pour cela, le sel, le vinaigre ou bien le citron.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Préparer <b>la chermoula</b>: bien ciseler le persil et le coriandre, ajouter le sel, le curcuma, le gingembre ( c à c chacun) et le poivre ( 1/2 c à c ), ajouter le smen et l'ail écrasé. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Bien mélanger le tout et imprégner le poulet de chermoula, ne pas oublier de mettre à l'intérieur aussi.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Laisser mariner toute une nuit.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Le lendemain, on met dans une marmite un oignan coupé, 2 gousses d'ail écrasés, 1 c à s d'huile, 1 c à s de smen, 2 c à s de persil et coriandre ciselés, laisser mijoter quelques minutes avant d'jouter le poulet et ses abats.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Laisser un moment puis ajouter l'eau, il faut que l'eau couvre le poulet jusqu'à la moitié ou un peu plus.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Laisser cuire à feu doux environ 45 minutes.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">Après ce temps, on retire le poulet et on laisse<b> la sauce</b> devenir épaisse.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Le poulet doit être plutôt frois pour le badigeonner de beurre avant de l'enfourner</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">La laisser dorer de tous les côtés.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Quand la sauce devient très épaisse, on ajoute 1 c à s de jus de citron, <b>les olives</b> coupées et quelques morceaux de <b>citron confit</b>, on laisse 5 minutes encore.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Pour obtenir 6 jolis mini-cakes, on a besoin de:</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">1oeuf - 1/2 verre de sucre semoule - 1/2 verre d'huile - un peu de sel - 1 yaourt à la vanille - un sachet de levure chimique, la farine</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Travailler ensemble : l'oeuf, le sucre et le sel</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Ajouter l'huile et le yaourt et mélanger</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Verser dans des petits moules de tartelettes beurrés et saupoudrés de farine</span><br />
